职位描述
1.根据智能辅助驾驶功能产品目标,负责智能辅助驾驶行车功能的测试项目展开,涵盖测试计划、目标、组织、实施、管控以及报告等; 2.负责智能辅助驾驶的行车实车测试策略制定,并据此提出详细的测试方案,达到高效执行度; 3.负责智能辅助驾驶功能的行车实车测试Case建立以及维护,能够根据实测数据以及功能开发需求,以用户场景需求为目标,对测试Case进行动态迭代更新; 4.负责智能辅助驾驶行车实车功能的性能迭代,能从量产角度进行功能/性能指标设计,并在实际项目中进行指标测试以及达成度评价,对系统进行综合性风险评估,出具评估报告; 5.负责智能辅助驾驶功能的实车测试标准以及测试流程建立,以优化测试流程、提升测试效率; 6.负责智能辅助驾驶行车实车测试项目管控,包括数据管理,测试组织实施,数据采集以及测试评价培训,以及数据/问题闭环跟踪。
职位要求
1.本科及以上学历,自动化、计算机、车辆工程、机械等相关专业优先; 2.具备良好的智能辅助驾驶架构以及理论基础,熟悉整车架构,熟悉车辆底盘结构,熟悉常见的智能辅助驾驶传感器； 3.有L4从业经验以及智能辅助驾驶自研体系经验者优先; 4.熟悉常规的测试工具,能够利用工具采集测试数据； 5. 思路清晰,具备良好的团队沟通能力、协作精神,有良好的产品和用户价值导向;了解国内外智能辅助驾驶驶相关法律、法规和技术规范; 6. 拥有C1或以上驾照,具备良好的安全驾驶意识和熟练的驾驶技能; 加分项:具备较好的英语听说读写能力,能适应工作出差,参与过行车项目优先。
