及时响应量产问题，通过后台数据及相关日志对质量问题进行分析、定位，推动相关人员解决问题； 跟踪推进问题关闭率，并基于量产数据进行分析，聚焦重点问题类型； 组织对重大问题、批量问题的深度复盘，推动持续改善； 负责新项目的域控数据监控工作，提前发现车辆风险，避免引起质量问题； 其他领导安排的相关部门任务
职位要求
学历要求：2027届获得本科及以上学历，理工科相关专业，机械、电子、车辆工程专业优先 专业能力：专业基础扎实,熟练掌握电路原理、机械设计、材料力学等基本专业知识; 语言能力：良好的英语听、说、读、写能力； 办公软件：熟练使用word、excel、visio、飞书文档、表格等； 编程语言：掌握Python、SQL、了解机器学习或深度学习者优先； 对新技术发展有较深的认识和敏感度，能够在短时间内上手新工具、新工作； 具备较强的逻辑思维能力、独立解决问题的能力； 为人真诚，抗压能力强、具备高度责任感、良好的跨部门沟通和团队协作能力。
