职位描述 1.对座舱空间体验中的座椅与附件体验负责,不懈追求用户满意,仓造愉悦,助力营销的全程体验 2.能敏锐洞察需求、用清晰的底层逻辑正向定义优秀的产品 3.富有激情和坚韧,能在边界条件下快速找到方案,将想法推动落地在每一个细节 工作职责 1.结合整车产品策略、核心场景和用户需求,进行座舱乘坐舍舒适体验相关的产品规划和创新工作,实现完美的使 用便捷性与舒适性 2.与车型体验、市场、设计、研发工程、质量采购等团队密切协作,定义用户在座舱内的用户旅程和体验目标 3.明确需求和开发的核心边界,把想法转变成可执行的产品方案 4.驱动协同团队,推动体验定义的成熟度上升,实现高质量的产品交付,并对座舱全生命周期的体验进行闭环和 持续迭代 5.输出清晰的垂域平台策略,完成兼具技术理解和用户产品视角的产品需求定义,实现产品技术、产品硬件和应 用场景的互促进步
