负责驾乘相关体验定义与交付，基于用户体验，场景洞察和价值判断，协同底盘硬件、整车三电、软件工程等团队，高质量交付整车驾乘体验，为用户创造高满意度体验并为公司带来高商业回报。 工作职责 结合核心场景及目标用户需求及整车产品策略，给出车型及平台底盘产品定义和规划； 定义底盘及驾乘核心体验目标并推动落地；与整车工程、整车性能，整车软件等团队协作，交付性能目标； 定义智能驾乘体验功能，协同整车软件，整车性能，智能辅助驾驶和智能座舱等多部门，推动功能落地； 结合用户反馈，对全生命周期的驾乘体验进行闭环和持续迭代；
职位要求
智能电动车驾乘体验充满热情，不懈追求用户满意，持续为用户创造愉悦的驾乘体验； 对驾乘体验有体系化认知：转向/悬架/制动与软件控制的耦合关系； 具备可落地的表达：能把“体感”转译成可量化目标及可执行方案； 强协同与推进能力：能在多团队（底盘/电驱/制动/软件等）中推进产品体验落地； 具备一定经营思维，能够判断驾乘体验产品投入及功能收益（ROI）； 本科以上学历;
