职位要求
计算机、人工智能、机器人、自动化、控制工程等相关专业应届硕士研究生及以上学历，2027届毕业生优先。 熟悉机器人基本控制原理，了解力控、柔顺控制、多体机器人协同控制等基础概念优先。 熟悉 Python/C++ 至少一种编程语言，具备基础的自动化脚本开发能力，了解 Git、Linux 常用操作。 了解机器人仿真平台（Isaac Sim/MuJoCo/SAPIEN）或 ROS/ROS2，有相关课程项目或竞赛经历优先。 了解机器学习 / 模仿学习基础概念，熟悉 TensorRT、ONNX Runtime 等推理部署工具优先。 具备良好的逻辑思维、问题排查能力，较强的沟通协作意识和文档撰写能力，对机器人工程落地有热情。 有机器人、机械臂、灵巧手相关的课程设计、毕设项目或竞赛经历（RoboMaster、RoboCon 等）优先。 有自动化测试、CI/CD 工具链搭建、数据处理与分析相关经验优先。 熟悉 VLA/VLM 基础概念，了解 RT-1/2、OpenVLA 等模型优先。 有顶会 / 期刊论文、专利、软著或开源项目贡献经历。
