职位描述
1.参与新工厂、新车型、新场景质量工艺方案规划，评审工艺方案可行性，规划质量区域工艺路线、BOP、质量门、检验工装等检验要素，结合检验工艺明确工程、工艺需求并协同推进； 2.结合新工艺、新材料等开展质量风险评估及质量预防方案策划，协同工程、工艺等团队实现制造过程的稳定落地； 4.对接上下游，参与特殊特性（YCYS/CCSC）评审及转化、结合PFMEA、CP、作业指导书等工艺文件开展过程能力评估，识别制造过程风险点并完成检验工艺开发，确保制造过程的稳定高效； 5.负责新项目功能质量工艺开发，组织开展工艺、设备方案验证，参与现场质量工艺问题的分析与解决，并总结相关经验教训； 6.参与评估工程变更对现场检验工艺的影响，审核并批准变更方案，完成工艺文件更新及验证； 7.负责工厂产线智能检验场景方案设计、程序开发、验证、测试、上线，负责程序及系统稳定运行，并负责系统相关问题分析、闭环管理； 8.完成团队安排的其他任务。
职位要求
1.理工科相关专业，本科及以上学历； 2.拥有总装质量工艺相关实习经历者优先，精通算法或程序开发者优先； 3.熟练使用Office、AutoCAD，Catia等软件； 4.了解FMEA、CP等质量管理工具； 5.良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神； 6.能接受高强度工作节奏。
