职位要求
硕士及以上学历，光学工程、车辆工程、自动化、控制工程、机械工程、电子信息、数学、物理等相关专业优秀应届毕业生。 熟悉几何光学、成像原理、投影原理及照明系统基础知识。 具备较好的数学建模能力，能够利用解析几何、空间坐标变换、矩阵运算等方法完成灯光投射区域、光毯覆盖范围及照明效果分析。 熟悉Matlab/Simulink、Python等至少一种数学建模或数据分析工具。 了解三维空间建模及仿真方法，具备以下任一方向经验者优先： 光学仿真（LucidShape、LightTools、Zemax等） 多体动力学仿真 Matlab/Simulink系统建模 Unreal Engine、Unity等数字场景开发 CarMaker、Prescan、VTD等虚拟仿真平台 了解控制理论、模型开发及模型验证流程，具备Model-Based Development（MBD）基础知识者优先。 具备较强的问题分析能力，能够从实测数据与仿真结果中识别模型偏差并完成模型修正。 具有良好的逻辑思维能力、学习能力和跨团队协作能力。
