职位描述
1: 负责耐久属性AI技术基座的智能化落地工作； 2: 协助耐久属性开发CoE团队，建立耐久开发的原子能力，包括但不限于用户关联，仿真分析，载荷分析以及标准开发工作； 3: 协助L3 CoE，完成大数据清洗及分析工作； 4: 协助车型开发项目组，完成相关的整车和系统的耐久目标设定、属性开发、设计验证等工作。
职位要求
任职要求1： 2027届获得研究生及以上学历，机械工程、车辆工程、工程力学、计算机科学、人工智能、自动化等相关专业； 任职要求2： 专业能力：专业基础扎实，熟练掌握机械设计、车辆工程、理论力学、材料力学、等基本专业知识； 语言能力：良好的英语听、说、读、写能力； 基础工具能力：办公软件：熟练使用word、excel、powerpoint；编程语言：熟练掌握SQL、Python等编程语言； 智能化工具能力：熟悉LLM模型，熟悉Skill开发以及多Agent架构，熟悉Prompt工程与结构化输出。 任职要求3： 学习能力：对新技术发展有较深的认识和敏感度，能够在短时间内上手新工具、新工作； 语言表达：较强的沟通能力、文字功底；具备优秀的报告撰写能力，擅长流程改善、程序文件编制； 逻辑思维：具备较强的逻辑思维能力、独立解决问题的能力； 沟通协调：为人真诚，具备高度责任感、良好的跨部门沟通和团队协作能力。 任职要求4： 实习经验：有Agent开发能力的同学加分；有车辆开发经验者加分； 项目经验：在校期间有车辆某一系统的设计开发经验、测试相关项目经验
