岗位简介： 1. 岗位聚焦全球汽车技术标准、安全法规、新能源及智能化合规研究，入职后将跟进中国、欧盟、北美、东南亚等主流市场法规动态，开展标准解读、合规研判等核心工作，深度对接研发、产品、市场核心业务，积累全球化汽车合规经验，未来可拓展车企合规、海外准入、行业研究等多元职业方向。 2. 蔚来拥有完善的全球合规布局与成熟的全流程合规管控体系，深耕新能源三电、智能网联与智能辅助驾驶准入等前沿领域，深度参与国内行业标准制定，具备丰富的全球化合规落地与海外市场准入实战经验，能为应届生提供行业顶尖的合规视野与核心项目历练平台。 工作职责： 1. 法规动态跟踪与整理：持续监测全球重点国家及地区汽车行业最新技术标准、法规及相关合规政策，及时梳理法规更新、修订、落地实施细则，建立法规信息月报，保障产品合规信息同步。 2. 标准法规解读与研究：针对国内外汽车技术准入标准、认证规范、合规条款进行深度拆解和专业研究，结合不同部门的业务需求，输出解读报告、研究简报及合规要点。 3. 合规支持与技术研判：协助研发、产品、市场团队开展产品前置合规研判，针对新车研发、海外市场准入、产品迭代升级等项目，提供法规合规意见，规避技术合规风险，支撑产品国内外落地上市。 4. 资料编译与体系搭建：利用工具完成汽车法规、行业标准、认证资料的整理汇总工作，协助团队更新知识库及标准化工作流程。 5. 专项项目辅助工作：协助完成各类汽车合规认证、法规审核、行业对接等专项工作，配合团队完成对内对外法规咨询、答疑及培训辅助工作。
