职位描述
数据分析与洞察提取 从原始运营数据和结构化数据中提取关键洞察，回答业务提出的分析问题 构建可复用的数据分析工作流，形成标准化的分析范式 撰写分析报告，清晰呈现数据发现与业务建议 建模与算法开发 参与统计建模与机器学习算法的设计、开发与验证 方向包括但不限于：用户行为预测、时序需求预测、定价优化模型、用户画像分析、异常检测 建立模型性能评估体系，监控模型在生产环境中的表现 数据产品化 将分析方法和模型封装为可持续运行的数据产品 与仿真工程师协作，为仿真系统提供数据输入与验证基准 在资源受限的生产环境中部署轻量化数据模型 跨团队协作 与产品、运营、仿真等角色密切配合，理解业务需求并转化为数据任务 主动汇报分析目标、方法与进展，确保数据工作与业务方向对齐 参与分析方法论的讨论与评审，逐步建立独立的技术判断力
职位要求
学历背景：统计学、数学、计算机科学、数据科学、工业工程、运筹学等相关专业，硕士及以上学历 理论基础：扎实的概率论与数理统计基础，熟悉常见的统计检验方法（假设检验、回归分析、时间序列分析等）；理解主流机器学习算法（决策树、随机森林、XGBoost、聚类等）的原理与适用场景 工程能力：熟练使用 Python 及其数据分析栈（NumPy、Pandas、Scikit-learn、Matplotlib/Seaborn）；具备 SQL 数据提取与处理能力；了解至少一种深度学习框架（PyTorch 或 TensorFlow） 分析思维：有完整的数据分析项目经验（含课程项目、竞赛或实习），能够从原始数据出发，定义分析目标、执行分析流程、得出可复现的结论 加分项： 有时序预测、用户画像、定价优化、因果推断等相关项目经验 有数据产品化经验——将分析脚本转化为自动化运行的数据Pipeline 熟悉 A/B 测试设计与实验结果分析 有运筹优化或仿真建模相关背景 在KDD、WWW、ICDM等数据科学领域会议/期刊发表过论文，或 Kaggle 竞赛取得过优异成绩 了解数据可视化工具（Tableau、PowerBI、ECharts 等）
