职位描述
1、负责企业内部社区及产品的运营（例如内部提效社区、AI社区。需求管理工具、计划工具等）。负责线上/线下宣发活动、Workshop、沙龙等活动的策划、组织、执行及复盘，持续提升内部用户的活跃度与参与度。 2、深度参与用户调研与产品需求收集，挖掘业务痛点；协助产品团队完成需求分析、产品原型绘制，并主导用户手册及相关产品说明文档的撰写。 3、结合主流AI技术及设计工具，高效完成社区运营所需的宣传视频脚本、推广文案、活动物料、海报素材等内容的创意与制作。
职位要求
1、本科及以上学历应届毕业生，市场传播、项目管理、软件等相关专业优先。 2、具备优秀的活动策划与现场主持能力，逻辑严密，表达流畅，不怯场。有丰富的校园活动、核心社团运营或相关企业实习经历。 3、熟悉主流AI工具，并能熟练运用于视频剪辑、文案生成、海报设计或辅助产品原型规划；熟练掌握 Figma、Axure、PS、Ai、Canva 等工具者优先。 4、【加分项】 有百人以上规模的大型企业级/校级活动、黑客松（Hackathon）、技术社区沙龙或大型 Workshop 的从0到1统筹、落地及项目管理经验者优先。
