职位描述
1、持续跟进全国各省市电力市场相关政策及规则，定期输出政策解读与行业研究报告； 2、归集、梳理电力市场历史量价、负荷、等核心数据，开展统计及相关性分析，建立常态化数据复盘机制； 3、优化电价、负荷、交易电量预测方法，搭建基础预测分析模型，提升行情预判精度，为交易报价、电量配比、风险预判提供数据支撑； 4、完成上级交办的其他工作任务。
职位要求
1、本科及以上学历，电气自动化、电力等相关专业，具备扎实的电力系统与电力市场理论基础； 2、熟练使用Excel、Python及其他AI数据分析工具，较强的数据统计分析能力，能独立完成数据整理分析工作； 3、具备良好的逻辑思维和归纳总结能力，擅长政策研读、趋势判断，具备报告撰写与建模分析潜力； 4、学习能力强、踏实细致、抗压性高，具备良好的执行力与团队协作能力，愿意长期深耕电力市场化赛道。
