团队: 运动控制系统标定团队负责车辆运动控制的虚拟与实车标定开发，涵盖驾驶性、稳定性、平顺性、操纵性等核心性能领域。我们的目标是通过虚实结合的先进开发方式，持续定义并迭代卓越的车辆动态性能，为用户提供超越期待的驾驶体验。团队具备行业领先的虚拟和实车标定匹配开发能力，欢迎对车辆动力学与系统动力学有深入理解、热爱驾驶的你加入。 角色： 项目早期：定义者——车还没造出来的时候，通过动力学仿真软件或虚拟开发平台上开展虚拟仿真，判断不同系统方案对性能的影响。用你的分析给出性能影响判断与定义。 项目中期：决策者——虚实结合，在虚拟环境与实车之间不断校准匹配方法与匹配目标，给出关键判断。 项目末期：验收者——结合实车表现与主客观评价，完成定义的性能目标验证，最终形成验收结论，完成开发与交付目标 职责： 1. 承接整车的性能目标和驾驶体验定义，把偏主观的性能目标翻译成整车与系统性能要求 2. 开展系统仿真分析（动力系统/制动系统/状态估计等），支持目标确认与影响分析，为系统方案决策和系统选型提供量化依据 3. 编写车控系统性能设计规范（PDS），包括定义被控对象模型精度、虚拟标定环境要求和场景覆盖度等 4. 制定虚拟标定和实车标定方案，经历从模型到实车全过程 5. 完成从性能定义到最终验证的闭环 6. 参与建设评价体系和数据库，推动系统匹配方法与工具链的持续迭代 你将获得： 1. 接触行业领先的虚拟标定开发方式，在虚实结合的前沿方法中快速成长 2. 从项目早期到末期的全链路闭环经验，深度参与系统定义、决策与验收 3. 与资深车辆动力学和控制工程师紧密协作的导师制成长环境 4. 丰富的驾驶场景开发经历（赛道/沙漠/泥地/山路/高原），驾驶技能培训(操控/拖车)与提升
