职位描述
负责软件技术项目管理工作，将产品与功能定义落地为具体的软件开发计划与任务并最终交付。 1. 负责需求管理，组织需求评审，规划需求排期，定义交付目标； 2. 制定软件开发计划，跟踪开发状态，识别项目风险； 3. 协调跨部门资源，安排软件联调计划、冬夏季标定计划等； 4. 负责软件问题管理，组织问题分析及修复，规划问题排期； 5. 负责软件交付及偏差管理； 6. 负责系统及软件开发流程改进，对接软件质量，推动团队持续提升开发效率和质量。 不是产品经理，但要和产品经理谈需求； 不是码农，但要安排几十个码农的工作内容和计划； 不需要开发，但要对每一个人的开发内容都有工程理解； 不需要调bug，但要能定位bug归属，组织多个团队一起寻找最优的方案。 总的来说，软件技术管理既需要观全局，又需要抓细节，把软件开发和交付安排得明明白白。
