职位描述
工作职责1：负责能源生命周期设备管理、电费经营等核心业务平台的服务端研发与架构设计，支撑业务快速迭代； 工作职责2：主导物联网设备长连接管理、高并发消息处理、流量削峰及异步调度等关键技术问题的优化，持续提升平台吞吐能力与系统稳定性； 工作职责3：参与后端服务的稳定性体系建设，包括性能调优、监控告警、容灾等，保障生产环境的高可用性； 工作职责4：抽象并沉淀通用服务组件与公共库，提升模块复用性和团队整体开发效率，推动代码质量持续改进； 工作职责5：协助团队完成线上问题排查、故障应急响应及Bug修复，持续优化系统的可观测性与容错能力。
职位要求
1：本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业； 2：计算机基础扎实，深入掌握操作系统、数据结构、算法、数据库原理等核心理论知识；熟悉HTTP/TCP/UDP网络协议，了解物联网MQTT等常用通信协议；熟练掌握Golang及主流Web/后端框架，了解MongoDB、时序数据库（如TDengine）的使用，了解Redis、消息队列（Kafka/RabbitMQ等）中间件的基础原理与应用场景； 3：对新技术保持敏感度和好奇心，能够快速上手新工具、新框架；具备较强的抽象思维和独立解决问题的能力，善于从系统层面分析复杂技术问题；为人真诚，具备高度责任感，良好的团队协作意识和跨部门沟通能力； 4（加分项）：良好的英语阅读能力，能够流畅阅读英文技术文档；熟练使用Linux开发环境及Git版本管理工具，具备AI辅助编程意识与实践经验； 5（加分项）：有校园项目、竞赛项目或全栈开发实践经验，了解基础前端技术（HTML/CSS/JS/Vue）优先；有独立设计、开发小型系统的经验优先；有大数据处理、实时数据分析相关项目经验优先；有物联网平台或高并发系统相关实践经历优先。
