职位描述
1、规划与设计公司核心业务的离线和实时数仓，促进业务部门的数据化运营，包括需求管理、数据分层模型设计等。 2、梳理公司的业务系统体系，明确核心业务数据与系统之间的关系，确保数据的业务口径准确，并推动线下数据向线上系统转化。 3、协助业务部门构建指标体系，集中管理指标数据开发需求，包括需求管理、指标定义、指标维护等。 4、设计数据治理体系并推动实施，包括业务主题域管理、建模规范、数据质量等，确保持续高效地交付高质量、高价值的数据资产。 5、根据数据业务需求，持续收集和整理公司数据中台的业务需求，推动数据中台的产品迭代和优化。
职位要求
1、计算机、数据分析、统计学等相关专业优先 2、有数据相关实习经验者优先，包括但不限于：数据产品、数据运营、数据分析、数据仓库、数据开发等 3、具有出色的产品化思维和沟通协调能力，对工作具备高度的责任心、执行力和自驱力。 4、拥有优秀的业务感知和逻辑思维能力，能够迅速熟悉业务领域，准确把握业务核心，高效构建业务数据资产。 5、熟悉 Mysql 等关系型数据库理论，具备一定的数据处理能力和良好的 SQL 能力。 6、了解常见的大数据生态技术，如 Hadoop、实时数仓、OLAP 等，熟悉 Clickhouse、Starrocks 者优先。
