职位描述
1、大模型驱动车控场景语义挖掘：基于VLM视觉大模型、LLM语言大模型，研究适配车控场景的自动化数据语义解析、标签挖掘、场景分类与内容提纯算法，实现海量原始车控数据的高质量、智能化清洗与结构化提炼。 2、车控场景数据集Pipeline搭建与迭代：设计并构建标准化、自动化、可迭代的车控场景数据生产Pipeline，覆盖数据筛选、语义标注、质量校验、场景聚类、样本增量更新全流程，支撑算法高频迭代与场景库持续扩充。 3、负责数据算法优化、Pipeline性能调优、数据质量体系搭建，持续提升车控数据利用率与场景覆盖度，支撑智能车控、多模态感知算法的训练与落地迭代。
职位要求
一、核心硬性要求 1、学历背景：2027届应届硕士，人工智能、计算机科学与技术、大数据、自动化、电子信息、软件工程等相关专业。 2、理论功底：扎实掌握深度学习、大模型基础原理、数据挖掘、语义理解、图像处理等核心知识，熟悉VLM/LLM通用能力与微调特性，了解智能辅助驾驶、车控基础场景逻辑。 3、工程能力：熟练使用Python进行数据算法开发，熟悉主流深度学习框架，具备数据集处理、数据清洗、特征挖掘、模型推理开发经验，具备工程化Pipeline搭建与调优能力。 二、高阶优先条件 1、有VLM/LLM大模型应用、语义挖掘、多模态数据处理相关项目、科研经历者优先； 2、有智能辅助驾驶、车控场景、感知场景数据集建设、数据Pipeline搭建经验者优先； 3、熟悉自动化数据标注、场景聚类、主动学习数据筛选、大模型微调与推理优化技术者优先。
