我们期待你 1、用户关系建立：全程接待到店访问的用户及用户朋友，为用户介绍蔚来社区，让更多人了解蔚来； 2、日常运营：协助蔚来中心各功能区的日常运营，打造更愉悦的NIO House。包括但不限于在吧台制作饮品与咖啡，在儿童区陪伴小朋友，在空间场景中协助伙伴做好空间运营维护等； 3、活动运营：通过自己的特长或发掘有意思的活动，持续为蔚来中心提供新鲜有趣的创意活动； 4、用户关系维护：创造超越用户期待的愉悦体验，定期跟进追踪会员，提升用户体验。
职位要求
"1、2027届统招本科及以上学历应届生； 2、能够在非常活跃的环境中提供出色的用户体验，保持精力充沛； 3、具备用户服务的精神，可以预见用户的需求，并提供解决方案； 4、具备较强的执行力和抗压力，以及极强的责任感和解决问题的能力； 5、善于沟通,具备较强的沟通能力及跨部门协调能力，拥有优秀的团队协作意识; 6、性格开朗，思维活跃，对新事物充满好奇，有创造力和想象力，具备一定的个人才艺，并且可组织用户的活动尤佳。 本岗位将邀请您提前参与带薪实习体验，快人一步，融入NIO，表现优异者可直发校招正式Offer！"
