岗位概述 深度参与产品战略与规划全流程，负责市场竞争与竞品战略的持续追踪、AI 工具驱动的市场情报工作，以及部门各类会议材料的制作与支持 岗位职责 市场竞争与竞品战略追踪 持续跟踪新能源及智能汽车市场动态，对重点竞品的产品战略、技术路线、定价策略、商业模式等进行系统性追踪与复盘 深入分析主要竞争对手的战略意图、策略调整及其背后的逻辑，预判其下一步动作，输出竞对战略解读与应对启示 对竞品的定价、配置、上市节奏、销量表现与用户口碑等进行监测与拆解，形成结构化对比分析 定期产出竞争情报周报/月报，梳理行业趋势、政策变化与竞品动向，为产品规划决策提供输入 建立并维护竞争情报数据库，确保信息采集的及时性、准确性与体系化 AI 工具与数据能力建设 熟练运用各类 AI 工具与数据分析平台（如市场追踪类工具、大模型应用、数据可视化工具等）辅助市场研究 探索并沉淀 AI 工具在工作流中的应用方法，提升市场情报采集、整理与分析的效率 基于多源数据（销量、舆情、用户反馈等）进行结构化整理与初步洞察输出 会议与材料支持 支持部门各类会议材料的制作 协助准备内外部沟通材料，保证信息准确、逻辑清晰、呈现专业
职位要求
本科及以上学历应届毕业生，车辆工程、市场营销、数据科学等相关专业优先 对新能源汽车行业有浓厚兴趣，关注行业动态与科技趋势 具备良好的信息搜集、数据整理与逻辑分析能力，做事细致、责任心强 熟练使用 Office 办公软件（PPT/Excel/Word），具备较强的 PPT 制作与表达能力 对 AI 工具有使用经验或强烈的学习意愿 具备良好的沟通协作能力与学习能力，能适应快节奏、多任务的工作环境 加分项 有新能源汽车、智能座舱、智能辅助驾驶等领域的实习或项目经历 熟练使用 SQL、Python 等数据分析工具 有市场调研、竞品分析、咨询公司或互联网大厂实习经验
