职位描述
协助完成整车热管理相关的体验目标分解： 在需求分解阶段，协助完成车型项目上体验目标到系统层级设计需求的分解，并进一步打散成为零件级别的性能、属性要求； 协助完成虚拟开发阶的仿真验证及数据检查； 在数字样车（DMU）及仿真分析阶段，协助完成识别、记录并追踪各类属性相关的潜在风险与偏差项的工作； 使用AMESim仿真工具，在指导下完成单体-系统级别的标定和仿真工作，并基于仿真结果识别潜在的风险，并给出进一步的整改建议； 协助完成系统-整车级别相关测试与验证工作： 在测试验证阶段，协助完成系统级别、整车级别相关的测试与验证工作，识别台架测试中出现的潜在风险，并基于测试结果给出进一步的整改建议； 协助完成跨SUD之后的体验/质量闭环工作； 在车型项目上市交付之后，可以基于质量端与体验端的售后反馈，在指导下完成数据的收集、分析与问题的排查工作，并基于收集到的信息，完成相关的体验/质量闭环。
职位要求
教育背景：热能与动力工程(制冷方向)相关专业优先；学历硕士及以上。 核心素质： 专业能力：专业基础扎实，可以熟练的完成制冷、散热相关的热力学循环分析；熟悉常见试验相关工作流程，了解制冷相关测试（如焓差台测试）等相关测试原理及流程； 语言能力：良好的英语听、说、读、写能力； 工具能力：办公软件：熟练使用AMESim; 熟练使用word、excel、powerpoint；熟悉CAD软件CATIA等; 学习能力：对新技术发展有较深的认识和敏感度，能够在短时间内上手新工具、新工作； 逻辑思维：具备优秀的系统性思维和数据分析能力，能从复杂现象中提炼出关键问题； 沟通协调：良好的团队合作精神，乐于分享，善于倾听，能用简洁明了的语言表达技术观点。 加分项： 在校期间参与过汽车热系统相关开发工作，并实际进行过热管理系统的仿真计算、台架测试及实际路试； 熟练使用CATIA、MATLAB/Simulink、Python等一种或多种工程软件； 英语听说读写流利，可作为工作语言。
