职位描述
1.轴承的选型与设计评审：基于整车需求分解出轴承的应用工况信息，与轴承合作伙伴一起完成轴承的选型、对配件的设计要求，完成轴承设计评审报告等。 2.三维建模与工程图纸输出：负责合作伙伴3D与2D图纸的审核与发布、变更管理。 3.合作伙伴开发与产品定点：基于需求对潜在合作伙伴进行准入、审核、TR评估、产品定点等工作 4.轴承相关问题解决：拉通内外部信息，查找出轴承失效的原因并制定出解决方案 5.技术文件编制与管控：负责SOR文件、测试规范的编写与发布、ESO文件审核与提交。 6.项目落地与样机跟进：跟进轴承样件的生产、单体测试测试、电驱动样机的组装等工作 7.技术沉淀与标准化建设：项目Lesson Learn总结、轴承设计规范的更新。
职位要求
1.学历专业：硕士及以上学历，机械、材料、车辆等相关专业。 2.技能能力：能够使用三维设计软件、romax等轴承分析软件； 3.专业知识：了解锻造、注塑、车加工、磨加工、冲压等加工工艺；了解润滑脂、润滑油、橡胶密封类产品 4.综合能力：具备良好的沟通能力、熟练的英文读写能力。 5.素质要求：严谨细致、抗压能力强，具备良好的团队协作意识，有持续学习和技术迭代意识。
