职位描述
复现与调试主流强化学习算法（PPO、SAC、TD3、DQN 等）。 参与机器人轨迹寻优任务的训练实验，协助设计奖励函数、状态空间与动作空间。 运行仿真实验、记录实验数据、分析训练曲线，输出实验结论。 阅读并整理强化学习与机器人领域前沿论文，参与组内技术分享。 参与机器人轨迹寻优平台的前后端开发，包括训练任务管理、实验配置、可视化监控等模块。 协助开发后端接口与服务（API、任务调度、数据存储），支撑算法训练与推理运行。 协助开发前端可视化界面（训练曲线、轨迹回放、参数配置面板），提升算法调试效率。 在导师指导下完成算法模块与 ROS / 仿真环境的对接与部署。 参与代码评审、编写技术文档与实验记录，养成良好工程习惯。 与算法、硬件、产品团队协作，了解技术落地的完整链路。 持续学习强化学习与机器人前沿知识，快速迭代自身技术能力。
职位要求
学历背景：硕士以上学历；计算机、自动化、机器人、人工智能、数学等相关专业 编程基础：熟练掌握 Python，具备良好的编程习惯与调试能力。 算法基础：了解机器学习 / 深度学习基本原理，对强化学习有基本认知（修过相关课程、做过项目或自学均可）。 全栈兴趣：对后端或前端开发有至少一项实践经历（课程项目、个人项目、竞赛均可）。 工程基础：熟悉 Linux、Git 基本操作。 综合素质：学习能力强、主动性高、愿意沟通与协作。
