蔚来战略级人才发展项目,为全国锻造一线指挥官的"汽车营销黄埔军校"，以上海、合肥为核心培养基地进行为期1-2年的集中培养,向全国战场输送懂用户、善经营、能带队的将才军官。 培养期间，作为用户用车全流程的朋友，我们期待你 1、根据蔚来用户新范式指引，高效建立并维护与用户的全生命周期关系； 2、根据蔚来品牌及产品特征，准确地向用户传递品牌及产品信息并耐心讲解，同时传递蔚来价值观； 3、根据蔚来品牌试驾运营要求，为用户提供完整的试驾服务体验，不断增强用户对品牌的忠诚度； 4、根据公司销售策略和团队目标，制定个人工作计划和目标任务，顺利完成车辆锁单，并协助完成交付工作； 5、依托公司提供的营销产品，开展外拓活动，不断创新、积极主动地吸引并转化潜在用户； 6、根据团队建设需要，积极承担人员带教工作并担任内训师，确保公司文化和价值观在新人中传承； 7、根据业务发展需要，完成团队指定的其他工作。
职位要求
1、2027 届毕业生，本科及以上学历； 2、C2及以上驾照，驾驶技术熟练； 3、擅长沟通与表达，能主动对接用户需求，是团队内外的沟通枢纽； 4、具备自主学习意识，能主动探索新知识、规划个人成长路径； 5、目标感强，以结果为导向，能将目标拆解为可执行的动作并高效落地； 6、适应快节奏的市场环境，敢于承接高难度目标，在压力中突破自我； 7、愿意接受跨区域发展，适应不同城市和多元工作环境，并在其中沉淀成长； 8、本岗位将邀请您提前参与带薪实习体验，快人一步，融入NIO，表现优异者可直发校招正式Offer！
