职位描述
1.负责外饰饰件系统（轮罩底护板，大包围组件、通风盖板，机舱盖板，前备箱、尾门饰件、字标牌等）的设计开发策略制定以及技术方案审核，满足性能、造型、重量、成本、制造等要求; 2.关键技术问题的牵头分析和解决，实现整车层级上的效率最高； 3.负责外饰饰件相关技术设计标准、规范的制订和更新（DVP，checklist，DFMEA, Design Guideline等）； 4.外饰饰件前瞻技术的探索，研究，及应用。
职位要求
1.符合真诚，远见，关爱，行动的价值观；能够设立挑战性的目标，努力成为标杆；敢于尝试创新，积极面对变化；有很强的执行力，快速高效高质解决问题；能够明确目标，清晰有效地沟通和表达，与团队协作实现共同目标； 2.10年以上外饰饰件开发经验，曾参与两个以上大型自主开发项目。熟悉整车开发流程，标准和法规要求，熟悉外饰饰件制造工艺、材料、连接方式、注塑工艺、模具和性能等相关知识； 3.学历本科及以上，机械设计/车辆工程/材料工程相关专业； 4.英语四级以上，听说读写熟练； 5.熟悉CATIA以及常用办公软件； 6.热爱汽车，笃信新能源智能汽车的发展趋势和战略意义；对汽车行业的前沿技术及行业发展趋势具有一定了解和见解者优先。
