职位描述
1、城市品牌形象建设：拓展开设门店、路演、大客户政企、社群异业、线上媒体合作等，全方位打造城市品牌产品影响力。 2、销售目标达成：根据所负责城市单元市场份额目标占比，进行多渠道目标分解、业务策略制定，带领团队执行完成所负责城市单元的新用户发展任务； 3、用户关系管理：维护所在区域用户社区，提供创造愉悦生活方式，处理用户反馈与投诉，增强已有用户品牌忠诚度，提升用户满意度； 4、团队管理：组织搭建有凝聚力、执行力的团队，赋能提升团队成员销售服务能力，支持解决团队问题与需求，辅导团队成员的日常工作，践行和传递蔚来价值观； 5、门店运营管理：执行各项运营标准，并持续迭代完善，确保线上、线下全场景符合品牌运营标准。
职位要求
1、认同和践行蔚来“真诚、关爱、远见、行动”的价值观，抗压能力强，能够适应在高速发展变化的环境中开展销售管理支持工作； 2、3-5年以上高端汽车品牌、零售、互联网行业销售相关经验，有销售、市场团队管理经验，能够出色达成团队销售目标； 3、有较强的商业敏锐度和商业资源，优秀的商业拓展能力和商务谈判能力； 4、对市场、销售、运营数据敏感，优秀的数据分析能力； 5、具有较强的体系能力，通过机制建设可复制的业务运营管理、支持、赋能体系； 6、具有极强的协同沟通能力，针对市场机会与目标及时沟通、拉动内外部资源。
