职位描述 1、在展厅专业讲解蔚来的品牌和产品，点燃用户对蔚来品牌、理念及产品的热情； 2、指导和陪伴试乘试驾，为用户提供全面的试驾服务体验； 3、参与回答用户有关车辆使用的常见问题；展厅突发状况处理； 4、收录外部leads并跟进成交； 5、支持公司的各项接待、外展、宣讲活动，在更广泛的层面推动公司品牌形象的建立； 6、支持公司的新店开设，作为各项知识、信息的中枢、能够耐心、细致的向其他部门和地区的同事及时输出产品知识、相关政策和行业动态。
职位要求
职位要求 1、三年以上零售、行业销售、大客户销售相关工作经验，能够出色达成目标; 2、对汽车行业、蔚来品牌定位、企业理念、产品知识具有极高的热情，在产品方面不懈追求极致; 3、具备快速学习能力，始终保持好奇心，实时掌握汽车行业产品和活动的最新动态，并随时准备在与用户的互动中运用分享学到的知识; 4、热爱NIO并渴望与其他人分享这种激情、愿意了解和贯彻NIO独特的企业理念、服务风格和企业文化; 5、具有优秀的的人际交往能力，谦虚、好学、善于倾听; 6、能适应灵活的工作安排; 7、C1及以上驾照、驾驶技能熟练者优先。
