任职要求： - 教育与专业：本科及以上学历，安全、环保、机械等相关专业； - 工作经验要求：5年以上主流主机厂工作经验，3年以上同岗位经验； - 职业素养要求：忠于职业道德，严守企业秘密，工作积极主动，执行力强，原则性强； - 特殊资格/条件要求：有较强的合作意识、抗压能力，具备注册安全工程师证书人员优先。 专业知识要求： - 了解国家标准、行业标准、企业标准、汽车产业政策等与汽车相关法律法规政策； - 熟悉汽车制造工艺流程、设备设施等相关专业知识； - 具备安全和职业健康标准制定和提升能力； - 具备归纳总结自身经验的能力，能独立跟进多个项目； 工作技能要求： - 能够独立开展工作，调动内部资源支持各项工作的开展； - 及时处理发生的各种生产问题，并采取切实可行的解决办法； - 熟练运用CAD软件及Excel、PPT等办公软件； - 具备较强的沟通、组织及执行能力，确保各项工作的顺利完成。
