职位要求
工作经验 Experience 5 年及以上汽车主机厂质量体系工程师工作经验，有新能源电芯 / Pack 行业从业经历者优先 知识与技能 Knowledge and skills 1. 精通IATF16949、ISO9001标准，熟悉 VDA 6.3 等主机厂审核标准，持有 IATF16949/VDA 6.3 内审员 / 外审员证书优先。 2. 熟练运用APQP、PPAP、FMEA、SPC、MSA、8D、5Why等质量工具，能独立主导工具在电芯 / Pack 生产场景的落地应用。 3. 具备电芯 / Pack 生产工艺、质量管控要点知识，了解 UN38.3、GB/T31485 等行业标准。 4. 优秀的中英文沟通与文档编写能力，能独立处理商务沟通、审核资料翻译等工作。 5. 具备跨部门协调能力，能推动复杂质量体系问题解决，抗压能力强，适应制造业节奏 优先条件 有长城、丰田、吉利等主机厂体系工作经验，或有头部新能源车企电芯 / Pack 体系搭建 / 审核经验。 参与过主机厂客户审核全流程，能独立应对复杂审核场景。 具备体系优化项目经验，有流程改进、降本增效成果者优先
