职位描述
-负责财务相关系统调研、分析用户需求，设计和梳理系统流程，并据此出具有针对性的解决方案，推动并完成系统功能实现，提升财务效率； -完成系统配置，测试，用户培训，运营等工作； -深度对接研发、数据团队，精准传递业务诉求与产品需求，协同落地RAG知识库、财务智能Agent等AI能力，打通财务数据壁垒，实现数据自动化流转、智能化分析； -负责财务数字化项目的整体统筹与落地管控，搭建项目推进机制，把控项目进度、质量、风险及成本，协调跨团队资源，解决项目落地难点。完成项目阶段性复盘、成果沉淀与经验复用，保障各类财务产品迭代项目高效落地、稳定交付。
职位要求
-国内外知名院校本科及以上学历，计算机、财务管理、会计学、统计学等相关专业； -6年以上财务数字化领域（核算，费控，税务，资金，预算管理等）相关系统实施及运营经验，熟悉数字化系统应用架构，能够结合企业自身特点和行业最佳实践规划系统应用架构； -熟悉大模型、AI Agent、RAG、等主流AI技术的应用逻辑，具备真实可落地的财务AI产品上线迭代经验，独立主导过智能报销、票据AI审核、合同智能解析、财务风控AI预警等任一场景落地项目，能够清晰定义AI模型能力、优化算法效果； -具备独立牵头数字化项目的项目管理能力，能够制定项目排期、把控项目进度、管控项目风险与交付质量，协调业务、研发、测试等多方资源，解决项目推进中的卡点问题，保障项目按时、高质量落地交付； -英语可作为工作语言。
