职位概述 我们正在寻找一位兼具运营思维、数据敏感度和AI应用热情的组织发展顾问，加入OD中台团队。您将支持推动OD核心机制的高效运营与持续提效，探索AI在组织发展场景中的落地应用，维护人员能力图谱，并支持绩效与晋升的端到端运营。您的核心使命是：让OD体系不仅设计得专业，更运行得高效、智能、可衡量。 如果您擅长将流程转化为产品、用数据驱动运营、对AI赋能HR有强烈好奇心，并希望在组织发展领域深耕，欢迎加入我们。 核心职责 1. 能力图谱建设与运营 a. 迭代并维护公司能力图谱，确保与业务战略和岗位要求对齐。 b. 推动能力图谱在HR系统或数据平台中的产品化呈现，提升数据可查、可用、可视。 c. 联动人才盘点、绩效、晋升、培训等数据，持续更新员工能力画像，为人才决策提供数据支持。 d. 基于能力图谱分析人才缺口，为招聘、培养、继任计划提供洞察。 2. 绩效与晋升运营 a. 支持公司绩效管理流程的端到端运营：目标设定、过程跟踪、评估校准、结果应用等环节的组织、系统配置与数据管理。 b. 主导年度晋升评审的运营工作：标准宣导、资格审核、评审会组织、结果沟通与归档。 c. 分析绩效与晋升数据，产出运营报告，识别公平性与效率问题，提出优化建议。 d. 为管理者和HRBP提供绩效与晋升相关的运营支持与培训。 3. 运营提效与AI探索 a. 支持OD中台核心流程的日常运营与持续优化，确保流程高效、合规、体验良好。 b. 与数字化团队协作，探索并推动AI功能在OD流程中的落地，提升运营效率与员工体验。
