战略解码：理解NIO Power业务的战略方向、商业模式与核心价值链，将公司战略解码为人才与组织能力需求，识别未来 3 年能力缺口，规划团队的能力补齐路径； 体系迭代：协同蔚来学院，持续建设NIO Power的人才培养与赋能体系，覆盖战略共创、经营管理以及核心人群-管理团队&关键岗位、专业能力等维度，项目规划设计并落地培训、认证、实战练兵等赋能产品； 组织发展：以 OD 组织发展为抓手，推动"战略—结构—流程—文化—人"对齐，提升组织整体效能与健康度，支撑业务转型与规模化扩张； 变革推动：在组织转型、文化变革、数字化转型等关键节点发挥催化作用，向上对齐高层期望、争取资源，推动赋能团队定位从"成本中心"走向"战略伙伴"； 价值衡量：以业务结果改善为核心衡量标准，建立赋能成效的量化评估机制，持续创造经营价值。
职位要求
教育背景：本科及以上学历，硕士优先； 工作经验：10 年以上相关工作经验，兼具企业经营经历或视野，尤其是OD组织发展及TD人才发展的实操经历；能源、汽车、互联网或相关行业经验优先； 核心能力：具备业务理解与战略解码能力，能把业务方向翻译为人才需求；具备组织影响力与变革推动能力，能向高层争取资源、推动变革落地； 品格素养：人品中正、价值观端正，具有清晰的业务结果导向，能从组织与人才端为公司经营创造可量化的价值。
