职位描述
1、富有同理心，能敏锐感知用户情绪并关怀，能从用户角度预判并优化体验，能在复杂场景协调资源确保用户体验 2、学习能力强，具备良好销售能力，能快速洞察用户需求并完成产品种草及销售 3、抗压能力强，适应高效率及满意度要求，开展销售工作达到公司业绩指标 4、拥有积极主动解决问题的态度，以解决用户需求为第一要务的责任感，有较强的客诉处理能力 5、有集体荣誉感，面对流程化但高要求的工作内容保持热情
职位要求
1、2027届统招本科及以上学历应届生； 2、拥有以用户满意度为考核标准的客服类实习、销售系统的实习经验更佳； 3、富有同理心，有抗压能力，具备良好的沟通能力、客诉处理能力； 4、拥有积极主动解决问题的态度，以解决用户需求为第一要务的责任感，以及面对日复一日各种挑战不认输的精神； 5、敢于试错，拥有承担责任并不断自我完善的性格特质； 6、具备良好的中文表达及理解能力、能熟练使用办公软件； 7、周一至周天出勤至少5天，实习周期至少6个月。
