תיאור משרה טיפול בתקלות שבר במכונות הרכבה ידניות, מסועים, תחנות עבודה וציוד עזר. ביצוע אחזקה מונעת ומתוכננת לפי תוכניות עבודה והוראות יצרן. איתור תקלות מכניות, פנאומטיות, חשמליות ובקרה בסיסית וביצוע תיקונים בהתאם להסמכה. פירוק, הרכבה, כיוון והחלפה של מכלולים מכניים. מתן תמיכה מקצועית ותחזוקתית לציוד ולקווי הייצור במהלך המשמרת, כולל מענה לתקלות בהתאם לצורך. עבודה עם מערכות אוויר, מים ותשתיות ייצור בהתאם לנהלי הבטיחות, וביצוע עבודות שיפור, התאמות והתקנות לצורך שדרוג ציוד. תיעוד תקלות, פעולות אחזקה וחלקים שהוחלפו. ביצוע אחזקת מבנה, לרבות צביעה, תיקונים ושיפוצים. תמיכה והתקנה של קווי הרכבה ידניים חדשים באאוטסורס דרישות ניסיון בתחום האחזקה בתעשייה – יתרון משמעותי. ידע במכניקה, פנאומטיקה ומערכות הנעה. יכולת עבודה עצמאית לצד עבודה בצוות, תחת לחץ ובסביבה דינמית. אחריות אישית, סדר, יוזמה, שירותיות ויכולת פתרון בעיות. נכונות לעבודה ראשון- חמישי בשעות 07:00-19:00 קריאה וכתיבה בעברית- חובה אנגלית - יתרון Overview (English) Responsibilities (English) Handling breakdowns in manual assembly machines, conveyors, workstations, and auxiliary equipment. Performing preventive and scheduled maintenance according to work plans and manufacturer instructions. Identifying mechanical, pneumatic, electrical, and basic control faults and performing repairs in accordance with certification. Disassembly, assembly, adjustment, and replacement of mechanical components. Providing professional and maintenance support for equipment and production lines during the shift, including responding to malfunctions as needed. Working with air systems, water systems, and production infrastructure in accordance with safety procedures, and performing improvement work, modifications, and installations for equipment upgrades. Documenting malfunctions, maintenance activities, and replaced parts. Performing building maintenance, including painting, repairs, and renovations. Supporting and installing new manual assembly lines at outsourcing sites. Qualifications (English) Experience in industrial maintenance – a significant advantage. Knowledge of mechanics, pneumatics, and drive systems. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, under pressure and in a dynamic environment. Personal responsibility, organization, initiative, service orientation, and problem-solving skills. Willingness to work Sunday–Thursday, from 07:00 to 19:00. Reading and writing in Hebrew – mandatory. English – an advantage.
