职位描述
负责端到端辅助驾驶模型设计、训练和产品交付。 重点解决园区场景遇到的各类问题，如闸机通行等，使模型具备同时可以前进、倒车、腾挪的自主能力。 负责强化学习驱动的驾驶策略优化，推动算法性能提升。 参与智能辅助驾驶模型的监督微调（SFT）研究与优化，提升模型泛化能力 参与基础设施完善，包括训练系统、评测系统的开发与优化 参与闭环仿真与数据驱动迭代，提升数据利用效率，驱动模型性能提升和泛化 不断探索新算法并实践，提升产品功能表现
职位要求
本科及以上学历，计算机、自动化、车辆工程、机器人、人工智能等相关专业 研究经历和方向涉及轨迹规划模型、生成模型、大语言模型，以及相关的数据算法和训推框架，并在主流方案上有实践经验，如自回归、Diffusion、VLA、世界模型等 掌握先进强化学习算法和底层原理，如PPO，GRPO，以及其他变种 扎实的 Python 编程能力，能够熟练使用 PyTorch／TensorFlow 等深度学习框架。 扎实的论文调研阅读能力，能够跟踪业界的前沿进展并具备算法复现的能力。 具备将前沿算法研究与量产落地需求相结合的系统性工程能力，对解决复杂实际问题有强烈驱动力
