职位描述
车身连接工艺设备的应用&测试相关工作；包括设备稳定性及工艺能力的研究，建立并完善各种工艺设备的测试标准；完善工艺设备认证、试验测试流程及标准； 基于连接工艺设备群控的IOT应用及技术研究。协同连接设备制造商，推动其在IOT应用的软硬件迭代及问题梳理，满足车身连接工艺数据采集及应用的需求；协同公司数字化业务部门或高校产学研项目，开发车身连接工艺数字化工具及应用，支持连接工艺数字化项目的落地； 连接工艺设备技术深挖，疑难技术问题研究&解决；
职位要求
了解车身连接工艺/设备基础信息，点焊、螺柱焊、弧焊、激光焊等连接工艺/设备，有车身连接相关实习经验者优先； 了解工艺装备开发、技术可行性分析、装备测试相关信息，有工艺装备开发/装备测试相关实习经验者优先； 了解连接工艺设备群控、智能化&数字化基础信息，有数字化工具开发、工艺装备CAE仿真应用经验或者实习经验者优先；
