主要工作职责包括：
1.在负责的区域或客户范围内，维护现有的门店，并根据公司的要求开拓新门店；
2.负责门店拜访和数据收集，并根据玛氏陈列标准进行陈列改善；
3.负责门店活动的沟通和执行；
4.严格履行公司对于合规的要求，包括但不限于“真店、真访、真订单、真执行、真费用、真数据”。
岗位要求 ：
1.统招本科或以上学历，不限专业和毕业院校；
2.具备3年以内快消行业销售经验者，或对销售工作充满热情有志于在快消行业销售领域长期发展的应届毕业生；
3勇于接受挑战，开放进取，坚韧不拔，追求成效；
4.重视团队合作，相信团队的力量，具备互惠和共赢的价值观导向；
5.注重总结和反思，具备举一反三的快速学习能力，不断寻求进步；
6.善于团队合作和灵活的人际交往，具有良好的沟通能力和语言表达能力；
7.对工作地点持有开放态度，愿意配合组织需求进行合理的工作地点调整。
