职位描述
2027届的小伙伴，你好。在中科创达智能汽车事业群该岗位下，你可能会负责如下某一领域工作： 1.负责智能座舱软件全流程质量保障，制定测试计划、测试策略与测试方案，设计覆盖功能、性能、稳定性、兼容性、安全性等多维度的测试用例。 2.参与软件需求评审与设计评审，分析需求可测试性，识别测试风险，从测试角度提出改进建议。 3.执行黑盒测试，包括手工测试与自动化测试，覆盖智能座舱核心功能模块：车机桌面、系统设置、语音交互、导航、多媒体、蓝牙/Wi-Fi、手机互联（CarPlay/CarLife/HiCar）、空调控制、多屏交互、仪表显示等。 4.执行白盒测试，包括代码走查、单元测试、集成测试、接口测试，推动开发自测质量提升。 5.搭建和维护智能座舱测试环境，包括台架测试、实车测试、模拟器测试、硬件在环（HIL）测试等，配置必要的测试数据与测试工具。 6.提交并跟踪软件缺陷，使用缺陷管理工具（如 JIRA、Bugzilla、禅道）进行缺陷全生命周期管理，推动问题及时闭环。 7.编写测试报告、测试总结与质量评估报告，向项目组汇报测试结果与风险，参与版本发布评审。 8.开发与维护自动化测试框架和测试脚本（Python/Shell/Java 等），引入 UI 自动化、接口自动化、性能自动化等手段，提升测试效率与覆盖率。 福利待遇 1.自有员工，五险一金，13薪，午餐补助/交通补助/误（晚）餐补助 2.每周双休，上班时间：早9:30-晚19:00，可提前1H弹性打卡；午休时间12:00-13:30 3.清晰的晋升通道/明确的培养计划/导师1对1学习，雏鹰计划/superman计划提供丰富的晋升通道
职位要求
1.本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程、自动化、电子信息、车辆工程、通信工程等相关专业。 测试基础 2.掌握软件测试基本理论、流程与方法，熟悉黑盒测试设计方法，如等价类划分、边界值分析、判定表、场景法、正交试验、错误推测等。 3.了解白盒测试技术，掌握语句覆盖、分支覆盖、条件覆盖、路径覆盖等覆盖率概念，了解圈复杂度、静态代码分析等。 4.了解软件开发生命周期与测试生命周期，熟悉 V 模型、敏捷开发、DevOps 等模式下的测试活动。 5.了解缺陷管理流程与缺陷生命周期，能清晰、准确地描述缺陷现象、复现步骤与预期结果。 6.自动化测试岗位需要熟练掌握Python
