Your role

Key responsibilities in your new role

主要な車載顧客に対するセールスエンジニアとして、顧客の技術課題を深く理解し、新規案件の創出から量産採用までを一貫してリードしていただきます。

単なる営業活動に留まらず、自ら機会を創出しビジネスを推進する「自走型の技術営業」としてご活躍いただくポジションです。

• 担当顧客に対する中長期的な販売戦略の立案および実行
• 戦略に基づいた製品提案・プロモーション活動の推進
• ビジネス状況の定期的なモニタリングおよび管理（新規プロジェクト獲得、売上進捗の管理など）
• 技術課題、品質問題、供給課題などの各種課題への対応および解決
• 社内のFAE、マーケティングチーム、ならびに販売代理店との連携・調整業務

Your profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

Must to have...

• 3年以上の営業経験
• セールスエンジニアとして顧客対応が可能な半導体の基礎知識を有する方（国内外メーカーでの経験や車載分野の知見は不問）
• ネイティブレベルの日本語力
• ビジネスレベルの英語力（オンライン会議での議論・折衝が可能なレベル）

• BtoB領域における営業経験
• 車載半導体業界での就業経験
• 海外での留学経験や就業経験

Your background and skills...

• 高専・大卒以上
• 担当プロジェクトにおいて、FAE・マーケティング・品質部門など関係部署と連携しながら、進捗管理および課題解決を主体的に推進できる方
• 車載アプリケーションおよび半導体製品に対する高い関心・探究心をお持ちの方
• 不明点を曖昧にせず、自ら確認・整理し、目的意識を持って思考・行動・報告ができる方
• 論理的思考力を有し、チームワークを重視しながら業務を推進できる方
• 車載業界でのご経験をお持ちの方
• 基本的なPCスキル（Excel、PowerPoint、Outlook等）を有し、業務で活用できる方
