职位描述
1、客户/市场需求分析;系统性能评估和竞争性分析; 2、高性能芯片的架构,AI加速器架构及软硬件接口设计/优化 3、高性能芯片的流水线设计,包括SOC、高性能计算和处理器模块;地址空间划分、IP集成;时钟域、电压域规划;互连网络带宽均衡设计、功耗评估; 4、芯片前沿领域技术的研究和实现,以提高芯片的计算力和内存吞吐量; 5、拟制芯片规格,负责芯片功能模块的定义。
职位要求
1、2026届硕士及以上上学位,电子、微电子、计算机、自动化等相关专业优先; 2、以下方向至少精通一种:AI/视觉处理/无线通信/SoC/NoC/处理器核; 3、精通verilog/systemC/C++; 4、具备至少一次完整的SoC流片经验。

In January 2023,Witmem announced the completion of the B2 round of financing. In the future, Witmem will continue focusing on the field of computing-in-memory chips and lead the industrialization of computing-in-memory.
