Обязанности: Основные задачи Партнерство с бизнесом Быть capability partner для лидеров AFH и DCom Понимать стратегию, приоритеты и вызовы бизнеса Переводить бизнес-задачи в capability agenda Диагностировать gaps и определять зоны развития Capability strategy & solution design Формировать capability roadmap и определять критически важные компетенции Приоритизировать инициативы совместно с бизнесом Вести проекты end-to-end - от диагностики до оценки impact Использовать современные подходы: 70-20-10, peer learning, blended learning, AI и digital learning Measurement & impact Определять KPI инициатив и отслеживать изменения поведения Связывать capability-инициативы с бизнес-результатами Готовить аналитику и рекомендации для бизнеса Требования: Наш идеальный кандидат 3+ года опыта в Commercial, Sales, Marketing, Category, Capability или L&D Понимает принципы работы бизнеса и умеет работать с senior и cross-functional stakeholders Самостоятельно ведет сложные проекты end-to-end Сильные аналитические и problem-solving навыки Работает с данными и оценивает эффективность инициатив Открыт к экспериментам, AI и digital tools Английский — B2+
