你需要做的是:
1.使用江森自控设备和系统（含空调、楼宇控制、工业冷冻等），跟进有/无保养（PSA, O&M）合同业务的客户
2.通过专注于对客户的支持，通过在主动客户拜访交流，从客户的角度出发考虑问题，挖掘现场的潜在问 题和挑战及潜在需求
3.以江森自控和客户的保养业务（包括 Open Blue PSA）合作为基础，进一步提供有附加值的解决方案，帮助客户实现安全、可靠、高效率和可持续发展的目标
你将会怎么做:
1.销售江森自控楼宇自动化系统相关的产品及延伸服务，包括零配件更换、维修保养、系统调试等；
2.管理项目的前期准备，现场施工及后期客户服务沟通等运作工作；
3.开发维护客户关系，管理客户信息及满足客户需求；
4.执行公司市场销售策略，达成销售目标。
我们期待的是:
1.大专以上学历，暖通类或自控类、机电一体化等相关专业毕业；
2.在楼宇自控、安防、消防领域等有三年以上销售经验;
3.有责任心、性格外向，具有良好的沟通技巧
优先考虑的:
1.具有楼宇自控技术工作经验；
2.具有良好的销售技能和商务谈判能力；
3.熟悉楼宇自控市场，了解行业特点。
