職責包括協助大學內的防治蟲鼠工作，執行大學環保及回收措施，負責監管高空及水缸清潔，督導外判商及其他由上司委派的工作。

應徵者須具至少小六程度，能閱讀和書寫基本中文及英文，具不少於五年清潔及監管外判商工人的相關經驗，對各種清潔物品及器材之應用有深入認識。

應徵者須持有有效的建造業平安咭，如曾接受防治蟲鼠的訓練、熟悉高空及密閉空間工作和相關法例要求，將獲優先考慮。

合約為期兩年。受聘者可享有約滿酬金、醫療福利及有薪假期。

Senior Facilities Services Assistant - Campus Management Office

Responsibilities of Senior Facilities Services Assistant include assisting in pest control in the Campus, implementing the University’s environmental protection and recycling measures, supervising high-level and water tanks cleaning, supervising outsource contractors and other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Applicants must have at least Primary 6 level and are able to read and write basic Chinese and English. Applicants have at least 5 years of cleaning and supervising experience and have a deep understanding of the application of various cleaning materials and cleaning equipment.

Applicants must hold a valid Construction Industry Safety Training Certificate. Priority will be granted to those who have received training in pest control and those who are familiar with confined space and high-level work and relevant legal requirements. (Duration: 2 years)
