职位描述

1、深入理解公司与部门的业务模式及业务规划，结合业务需求及市场情况，协助制定和执行招聘计划；
2、负责招聘全流程的把控与提效包括但不限于：梳理招聘需求，明确人才画像，利用不同渠道访寻人选，人选的筛选与面试，专业的人选评价与定薪定级，offer谈判与背调入职跟进等；
3、沉淀和更新行业与人才洞察，行业情报等工作。如mapping，行业研究等insight，并与业务部门就人才招聘中的问题与挑战进行探讨拉齐，以保证双方或多方的期望统一，分清主次达成目标；
4、根据工作目标的需要，协调各方面资源，调动各方面的积极性，以解决目标实现过程中的各种问题；
5、根据现状与未来业务需要，分析管理团队现状与需求，识别发展与保留人才，搭建可持续发展的人才梯队。
Main Responsibilities:
1. Thoroughly understand the business model and planning of the company and department, and assist in formulating and executing recruitment plans based on business needs and market conditions;
2. Be responsible for controlling and improving the efficiency of the entire recruitment process, including but not limited to sorting out recruitment needs, clarifying talent profiles, searching for candidates through different channels, screening and interviewing candidates, conducting professional candidate evaluations and salary and level determination, negotiating offers, conducting background checks, and following up on employee entry;
3. Accumulate and update industry and talent insights, such as mapping and industry research, and discuss with the business department on issues and challenges in talent recruitment to ensure the alignment of expectations among multiple parties, prioritize tasks, and achieve goals;
4. Coordinate resources and mobilize enthusiasm from various aspects to solve various problems in the process of achieving work goals;
5. Analyze the current status and future business needs of the management team, identify talent for development and retention, and establish a sustainable talent pipeline.

职位要求

1、本科及以上学历，有良好的英文听说读写能力，同时有小语种语言经验优先；
2、对招聘工作有浓厚兴趣，愿意从基础岗位开始，逐步学习和发展；
3、具备良好的沟通能力和人际交往能力，能够与候选人建立良好关系；
4、具备较强的学习能力和团队合作精神，能够迅速适应公司文化和工作环境；
5、熟练使用办公软件，如Word、Excel、PowerPoint等；
6、有责任心，能够承受一定的工作压力，具备解决问题的能力。

Requirements for the Position:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, with good English proficiency in listening, speaking, reading, and writing. Experience with minor language skills is preferred.
2. Have a strong interest in recruitment work and be willing to start from a basic position, gradually learning and developing.
3. Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish good relationships with candidates.
4. Have strong learning abilities and teamwork spirit, able to quickly adapt to the company culture and work environment.
5. Proficient in using office software, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
6. Have a sense of responsibility, able to withstand a certain level of work pressure, and possess problem-solving abilities.
