Job Posting Details
受聘者職責包括 ：操作、保養及改善大學校園及學生、教職員宿舍內各項屋宇設施，包括機械、基本冷氣及電器系統；協助監管承辦商進行系統安裝、維修、保養及改善工程。受聘者須輪班當值及在有需要時作緊急支援。
應徵者須需熟悉機械系統，如泳池過濾系統、水泵與消防系統基本操作及維修保養；具五年或以上有關工作經驗，不足五年工作經驗但完成認可學徒訓練課程之應徵者亦會獲考慮；能獨立工作；能使用廣東話、簡單普通話及英語作溝通；能理解系統設計圖；略懂簡單電腦文書報告及讀寫基本英文電郵。
須持有建造業議會認可的註冊熟練半熟練技工水平或同等資歷及有效電業工程人員註冊證明書。持有1及2號駕駛執照者及或有車床及打磨相關經驗者將獲優先考慮。

合約為期兩年，可續聘。受聘者可享有約滿酬金、醫療福利及有薪假期。
