职位描述

负责自动驾驶主动安全系统的算法设计、开发与优化工作，主要包括：
1. 基于多传感器（激光雷达、毫米波雷达、摄像头、超声波雷达等）的环境感知算法研发；
2. 运动目标检测、分类、跟踪及轨迹预测算法开发；
3. 危险场景识别与碰撞风险评估算法设计；
4. 参与安全风险预测模型的持续迭代，支持Scaling Law在主动安全领域的创新应用。
功能开发与验证：
1. 参与主动安全功能模块的系统集成与接口设计；
2. 进行算法性能评估与验证，包括仿真测试、台架测试及实车测试；
3. 对测试过程中发现的问题进行分析定位与算法迭代优化；
跟踪自动驾驶与主动安全领域的前沿技术发展动态，参与技术方案评审、技术难点攻关与创新研究，完成技术文档编写、专利申报及技术总结报告，参与团队技术分享与知识沉淀工作等。

职位要求

1. 计算机/自动化/控制科学与工程/电子信息/通信工程/车辆工程/人工智能/数据科学等相关专业硕士/博士；
2. 熟练掌握C++或Python，具备良好的代码规范与工程实践能力；熟悉常用的数据结构与算法；熟悉Linux，掌握常用开发工具与调试方法；
3. 具备激光雷达、毫米波雷达、视觉感知、多传感器融合、轨迹预测等相关研究或实习经验；
4. 在相关领域高水平国际会议或期刊发表学术论文（CVPR/ICCV/ECCV/IROS/ICRA/IV/TIP/TPAMI等），具备深度学习模型训练、调优与部署经验，熟悉TensorFlow/PyTorch/ONNX等框架者优先；
5. 学习能力强，责任心强，具有良好的团队协作精神和跨部门沟通能力。
加分项：
1. 参与过自动驾驶/机器人相关实习或项目，具备实车平台开发、调试或测试经验；
2. 具备传感器标定、时间同步等工程实践经验。
