Principle Roles & Responsibilities / Accountabilities 主要职责责任
1、结合公司产品特点,制定区域市场策略与执行
深度解读国家及各省市政策动态、市场竞争格局,结合产品特性与医院终端需求,制定拓展目标医院业务整体策略,搭建医院端业务运作体系。
2、项目管理与经销商协作
结合总部策略和区域实践提升产品医院覆盖广度与深度。
与区域合作伙伴构建良好的合作关系;整合经销商资源建立与合作伙伴的协同机制,确保产品在医院终端的供应保障以及业务目标达成。 联动市场部制定市场方案,赋能经销商聚焦产品临床价值传递。赋能合作伙伴的业务活动,定期向业务部门/职能部门负责人提供反馈
3、目标达成与模式探索
向经销商商议制定负责区域内经销商年度/季度/月度商业目标,监督经销商建立关键绩效指标跟踪体系,监控业务数据,定期汇报目标达成情况、策略执行效果及市场动态。 针对目标达成偏差,敦促经销商快速制定优化策略与资源配置,确保产品医院端业务稳健发展。
制定区域市场策略和区域准入跟进机制,制定项目计划,建立区域项目管理回顾机制,确保区域项目合规落地及实现区域项目高效费用管理。积极探索创新模式并试点推广。
4、跨部门协同与资源整合
积极协同公司内外部资源,联动公司各个跨部门团队,协调资源支持推动解决业务推进中的跨部门协作问题。推进渠道资源的整合,保障目标达成。
5、其他
严格遵守中国法律法规及罗氏内部的合规政策,确保所有市场活动合法合规。监控业务流程中的潜在风险及时处理以保障业务健康运行。完成上级主管指派的其他临时性项目工作。
Education/Qualifications教育程度/所获资格证书
医学/药学/本科及以上;
有销售、项目管理或市场营销经验;
5年及以上医药行业经验,其中至少3年销售管理或项目管理经验;
有医院/成熟产品渠道策略制定或运营经验者优先;
具备深度业务洞察能力,具有预见风险能力,并能提供长远发展建议和创新方案 ;
具备客户管理能力,能够分析区域信息,制定区域业务目标和工作计划能力,并能带领团队推动计划执行;
具备项目管理能力,具有多项目和复杂项目的管理知识,能够资源优化配置,有序推动项目计划 具备系统思考能力和区域管理能力;
能进行区域策略制定,流程优化和团队管理能力;
良好的跨部门合作、沟通能力 成长型思维
