具备3年以上KA工作经验 ；或3年及以上地区销售经理工作经验或区域项目管理经验；

具备客户管理能力，能够分析区域信息，制定区域业务目标和工作计划能力，并能带领团队推动计划执行
具备项目管理能力，具有多项目和复杂项目的管理经验，能够资源优化配置，有序推动项目计划
