The Position

您将有机会：

1. 深入分析三医政策对医疗机构的影响：

1) 三医举措改变公立医院发展的内部基础及外部环境，医疗机构必然调整发展战略，顺应国家政策，提升医院实力

2) 深挖核心三医政策的顶层设计及逻辑，以推进医院准入策略制定

2. 制定医院准入策略

1) 每年根据公司策略制定医院准入策略和实施计划

2) 每年根据品牌策略制定各品牌医院准入策略和实施计划

3) 定期与区域协访关键医院客户，了解区域需求

3. 策划与执行全国品牌性项目，确保准入策略的全国和区域的落地；

1) 与关键三方合作机构保持沟通（如卫发中心、卫健委医管所、中国医院协会、中国药学会等），协助搭建中长期医院管理层、药学学术平台

2) 做好项目闭环管理，最大化品牌项目价值；

4. 建立与维护相关政策领域专家（包括但不局限于）：

1) 政府部门：国家及地方卫健委医政医管局、药物政策与基本药物制度司、基层卫生健康司、国家及地方疾控中心

2) 直属机构：国家及地方卫健委卫生发展研究中心、医院管理研究所

3) 外部智库/咨询专家：医疗协会、学校研究院等

5. 与公司内部相关团队建立良好的合作关系

1) 与公司内部相关团队建立良好的合作关系

2）与HSA/MCE区域团队、跨部门跨团队等建立良好的合作关系

• Bachelor Degree 本科学历
• CET6 大学英语六级

• 政策洞察能力，对国家三医政策及医疗机构HCO发展趋势有较深认知和判断；
• 业务洞察能力，对整体业务模式的全链条有深入思考和理解，清晰各要素的作用和互动关系
• 全局思维和策略思考能力，独立思考有战略高度的医院整体策略
• 强自驱力，有不断突破创新的勇气和能力；
• 有咨询公司、医药企业准入策略项目经验，有卫健委及相关智库合作经验更佳
• 大学本科及以上，熟练的Excel技巧和较高的PPT水平，良好的英文沟通书写能力更佳
