1. 大专及以上学历；
2. 良好的销售、谈判技巧和沟通表达能力；
3. 吃苦耐劳，优秀的抗压能力与政策执行能力；
4. 基本的电脑操作技能，熟练使用Excel&PPT；
5. 工作积极主动, 良好的团队合作精神；
6. 二年以上快速消费品经验，有零食渠道销售经验优先。
1. 按照拜访计划定期拜访客户及门店，处理日常跟进事宜，如门店陈列维护，补货，促销谈判及执行，客户疑议处理等；
2. 执行门店分销陈列标准；
3. 跟进主要客户的门店各项执行；
4. 完成门店谈判工作，优异执行促销活动并做好后勤准备及跟进；
5. 完成门店销量目标；
6. 反馈客户/市场/竞争对手信息。
