Job Description

岗位职责:

· 开发 / 维护天津,唐山,秦皇岛地区家装经销商、专卖店、舒适家居店、建材市场店,农村自建房经销商,完成年度开店 拓展目标和销售目标。

· 对接家装公司、设计师、物业、高端楼盘,做联合推广与样板房,挖掘精准客群。

· 对接农村自建房渠道的销售链路,获客,转换,本地品牌宣传

· 管理囤货商/二级经销商,梳理库存、优化周转、提升动销,缓解渠道资金压力。

· 执行零售价格体系与促销政策,保障渠道秩序,打击窜货。

· 零售经销商 / 门店做产品、技术、销售话术、方案设计培训,提升团队能力。

职位要求:

1:学历要求:大专及以上,暖通 / 制冷 / 建筑 / 营销相关优先

2:经验:3年以上家装零售、中央空调、舒适家居销售经验;有天津,唐山,秦皇岛地区的本地家装 建材 / 设计师/农村自建房资源优先。

3:擅长经销商开发和维护,零售终端门店管理、抗压强、

4:熟练 Office;诚信踏实,能适应出差。
